Surfing Life Surf School was founded by Mikhail Smolin in 2015. We started with a small number of students, but over the years we have grown into one of the leading surfing schools in Vietnam with a large community.

For those who have never surfed before, the first day of your beginner course will be dedicated to teaching you how to successfully ride white waves. The course will cover basic surfing skills, including safe handling of a surfboard in the ocean, sitting techniques, how to get on the board and stay on the surfboard, basic knowledge of surfing safety and basic knowledge of the ocean (channels, currents, etc.).
In the following days, when you surf with us, our instructors will tell you about further surfing theory and surfing methods, how it corresponds to your surfing level and progress. In addition to riding white waves, our instructors can expand your surfing capabilities to teach you how to identify good waves and the peak location of waves, independently catch waves, how to turn both ways on a surfboard, how to accelerate, how to control speed while riding waves.
As for the practical aspect, each student progresses at a different pace, and the instructor will rely on the specific level and ability of each student, depending on the circumstances. Each student's progress will vary depending on their individual abilities and the surfing conditions they encounter during the surfing course.

We accept cash in the following currencies: Vietnamese Dong and US dollars. We also accept PayPal for an additional fee of 3%.
Yes, including an additional transportation fee of $15 per person. This fee covers the transportation costs of an additional person. Please understand that our transfer service is a third-party service provider, so we cannot provide transfers for non-surfing friends and family members for free.
Before starting the surfing course, if surfing becomes unsafe due to changed weather conditions, the Single Fin Surf School will contact you to reschedule for another day. If rescheduling the deadlines is not possible, we will reimburse you the fee for the course of study for that day. If the weather changes while the surfing course continues, we will either continue the lesson on the beach or cancel the rest of the surfing course. Unfortunately, no refund will be provided in this situation.
100% payment for the course will be charged for cancellation within the prescribed period and without showing.
